Background…
In July 2008, Glasgow City Council and the Scottish Government signed-off Glasgow’s first Single Outcome Agreement. Developed by the City Council in conjunction with its Community Planning partners, it provides a summary of the improvements planned for Glasgow from 2009 to 2011. How will the SOA fit into the bigger picture at local area, city and national levels? How can you prove that what you do in neighbourhoods is what the Scottish Government wants to fund? How do you focus on the people who benefit from your work rather than your service provision?
